AD HOC PUBLIC HOLIDAYS   New

AMENDMENT TO SOCSO'S ACT A 1508  New

The above amendment will take effect on 1 June 2016. It requires all employees regardless of wages/salaries amount to contribute to SOCSO.  Please click on MEF Circular AG9/2016 for further details.

SEMINAR ON EFFECTIVE TEMPERING FOR MOULDS New





MPMA'S SKILLS NEEDS RESEARCH PROJECT SURVEY QUESTIONAIRE New


MPMA will be undertaking a skill needs research study with MONASH University to publish a report on skills development and requirements of the Malaysian plastics industry. 


The focus of this research study is to meet the objectives for the plastics industry in terms of skills and training requirements as well as future skills required. 


The survey questionnaire will only be distributed to companies which are involved in injection moulding process only.

CERTIFY YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH MALAYSIAN SKILLS CERTIFICATION FOR THEIR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES THROUGH RECOGNITION OF PRIOR 

ACHIEVEMENT New


MPMA is collaborating with the Department of Skills Development (DSD) to offer the Recognition of Prior Achievement Programme to MPMA members. 


Under this special arrangement with DSD, members that wish to certify their employees with the Malaysian Skills Certification can apply for 100% subsidy on first-come first-serve basis.
