MPMA'S SKILLS NEEDS RESEARCH PROJECT SURVEY QUESTIONAIRE New
MPMA will be undertaking a research study with
MONASH University to publish a report on skills development and requirements of
the Malaysian plastics industry.
The plastics sector within the chemicals industry was
identified as a fast track sector by the Economic Planning Unit under the Prime
Minister's Department for the 11th Malaysian Plan. One of the five strategic thrust identified
is accelerating human capital development to support employers and employees in
training and skills to grow productivity, improve quality and increase profitability.
